Electrolux - ERL 285 FF Luxury model was purchased on21/4/05. And is under warranty. Unable to find any service center we approached Cooling sales -Byculla. We were told compressor was jammed and needed repair. So they took it. They charged us visiting charges + repair charges of 400+1250. Which I think is totally unfair. Please look in matter and help harassed customer of yours. Call on 9833614448.

Respected Sir, I wish to state about the bad service of Nokia care and services . I have purchased Nokia mobile [Nokia N 72] on 22/7/08 but unfortunately the memory card found in that was corrupted. I did complaint this in Nokia care center Mumbai (Andheri East) dated-22/7/08. I have not received...Every time I call that time he told Memory Card Not Ready. Please Check This Matter

310 liter Icon model Complaint no: 852470 From, Prof. D. H. Gadani Dear Sir, Originally we had 165 ltr two door frost free model of Godrej for 10 years which had not a single problem. So we opted to purchase 310 liter model of Godrej for 22,000 Rs against the same capacity LG model for just 19000 Rs. After purchase on 6/6/08 the next day we found that there was a problem with the two doors. When we open upper door it rubbs with the lower door. The lower door handle was not fixed properly and it was coming out. The handle was not broken but not fixed properly. Then we complained for it. Your mechanic came and kept one vicer between two doors. Thereafter a leakage of water started from upper door to lower door. We again complained. Then after our many complaints your mechanic replaced the two doors. Still there is a problem of leakage of water from upper door to lower door. Also we found thet he replaced our new doors with second hand doors which had some broken plastic corners which were cello taped. There are two small digs (GOBA) on the lower door. I personally talked with every body including Rupeshbhai, and Pradip Shukla on 16/8/08 and they told me that they will personally come to see the problem before 4 pm on 18/8/08, but till 5.30 pm of 18/8/08 no body turned out to see the problem. This shameful for the big giant like Godrej. Your officials are not interested in the complaints after sales. Every time we put complain they take time period of 5 to 10 days for solution of complaint, and every time they send the same mechanic who is not able to solve the problem. What is happening with the Godrej Company? We wanted to purchase one 1.5 ton AC and a Washing machine from Godrej, but now we are confused about the Godrej Company. We are having off-line water purifier. On registration of complaint on telephone No. 25770007 one of the executive by the name of Shri OP Pandey visited and installed faulty/used filter in the presence of old parents. On being asked again the one more executive from Usha came and after examining the filters found that they were indeed the old one. He told us two things : a) never accept the filter without the seal, and b) always make payment through cheque. He was shown the cash memo slip (which according to him was fake). Still my complaint against Usha Britta is pending and there is no positive response received from them : Dinesh Sood, dinsud@gmail.com
