I purchased AQUAGUARD Ultra Water Purifier in Jan, 2007. Its life is probably over as no water passing through. I am in contact with Eureka Forbes Customer Care Center for last two months to get replacement for the Cartridges in Pune. But their response is totally negative. Can you guide me where I can get the Cartridges in Pune or anywhere else but their service center? Thanks.

We purchased an Euroclean Futuro (now called as Trendy Xeno) vacuum cleaner yesterday from a dealer in Bangalore. When we got home and opened the pack, we found two accessories missing. None of the accessories are fitting with the extension tubes. We have not been able to use the vacuum cleaner itself. What can we do to have a replacement of the product? In case the dealer refuses to replace, what should be our next step keeping in mind that Eureka Forbes service is pathetic. Please guide us.
