Sir, I purchased this Samsung AC on 19-06-2008 from Navrang Audio & Video Pvt. Ltd., Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi and right from starting its remote is not working on several complaints service engineer came and changed its PCB after 1 week. Now AC is not working from 1 month and they are committing that problem will be solved within 1 or 2 days but it not solved till now Complaint No. is 8405529937. Please help me out

Hi, I bought a Nokia 6300 six month before. It has 1 year warranty. All of sudden before one month the mobile was switched off. I went to NOKIA care Malleswaram Bangalore. They told me there is some problem in hardware, it will take 10 days. Till date I have been following up for my mobile. But every time the NOKIA care people (Mr. Kameswaram and Ms. Priya) are saying we will deliver the mobile next week. Every week I am calling them but they are responding the same way and extending for next week. I have never expected such kind of bad service from Nokia and I do not know till how many days I will suffer.

Dear sir I am from Rajasthan Mountabu. I purchased fridge from one of the dealers here and now not working properly o/w. I have given reminder to the dealer, he says that he has left the dealership of the co. now what to do and I have told in the service center of the co in pali. Please solve the problem.

I had purchased 320 Intelcool which was defective. I got a replacement for the above fridge. But a week later of the purchase some absurd noise started coming from the compressor like the way its going to explode. We tried lodging complaints but no technicians seem to know the actual problem. Just yesterday in the news I heard a compressor being burst. If nobody takes action on this matter, I will have to take a legal action. Wency.

Dear Nokia (Complain id=2-3A8KKZ) I need your help I have Nokia hand set N-72 which is in the warranty period. But it is causing a problem of getting hanged so I gave it to Nokia care center-Advance Business center near Jamuna palace. On 15-july-08 and now after two months 2 days i.e 7-Sept-08 are over and I have no news of my cell phone, And the shopkeeper is also not giving me any job Id No. regarding my cell and Misbehaved with me. Dear Sir, We have purchased a microwave-oven on 21st of Aug, 2008. In Big Bazar (which is located at Madiwala -check post next to Forum) but till now nobody has come to give a demo class. Philips has got the worst after sales and service, I bought a philips mp3 a month back and in a weeks time the display is not working. Since its under warranty I gave it back for repairing and they promised to give it back in a week time, but now its almost three weeks and didnt get any responce, I phoned them thrice, but they didnt have basic decency to give me a call and now they are asking me to wait for an other week or i should take it back unrepaired. I have decided to take the worst action against them. I strongly recomment every one not to go for philips products.
