I have purchased a Fabriglow washing machine 2 years back, the tumble is not rotating. I have already registered the complaint (4 months back), they say that the part itself is not available...so they cannot do anything....we are asking for exchanging the machine (@ a good price) then also nothing has been done by them. Please help us.

Complaint against ZERO B sales team in New Delhi I am forced to write regretfully about the behavior Zero B sales team here at New Delhi. This just shows the way, how conventional Indian corporate like Zero B is still functioning the old Indian Style where they do not respect customers sanity and force them to zenith of insanity in anger. I would like to narrate the entire incident so that you can relate the level of harassment and economic loss that we have undergone since we decided to purchase your water purification solution. The list of Accomplice:- 1) Mr. Manoj Shrivastava - Sales executive New Delhi area 2) Mr. Pathak - Manager, Regional Sales office New Delhi 3) Mr. Sunil Kr Sahu- Delivery man (who brought the defective piece) First hand the accomplice number 1 Mr Manoj Shrivastava made a false promise to deliver the product Zero B Puriline 2 L in 3 days knowing that the product is out of stock. He took Rs 2000 advance so that we do not run away with order and from here onwards our pain starts. We have opportunity cost involved as we spend 60 Rs /day on purchasing bottled drinking water. He is just not able to deliver the product on time however on constant prodding he sends Mr Sunil Kumar Sahu (another idiot) with a defective piece to fool us. Mr Sahu makes all shorts of false promises and runs off delivering the piece saying that installation engineer will be here in 1 hour and install the product. He takes away the remaining payment of Rs 2750, fooling us. No one came and we called Mr Pathak, who again started putting all shorts of globe claiming that Zero B is Asia number 1 company and he will look into the matter and on the phone started putting some random useless gyan . Next afternoon after constant prodding Mr Pathak sends an incompetent technician to install the defective piece. He does not know how to install the piece. He experiments with the control valve by putting it on left side and then again putting on the right side, we are still unsure where that valve has to be put as there is no users manual on this. And now I will describe the piece that was supplied to us. Model- Puriline 2 L Make- some 6 months old inventory which white colour has turned yellowish as if it was thrown of discarded. The product does not have dispenser tap as shown in the product picture while Manoj made the sales pitch. And the biggest problem with the entire solution is that water does not come out at all. It takes around 20 min for 1 litre and it has become a complete nuisance in the kitchen. The water flow direction is in the opposite direction of what the original mark is, another reason to believe that the piece supplied to us is defective. We have been calling the entire sales team since them but they have switched there phone off. The matter relates to a serious concern as it involves drinking water, any inconvenience caused in this regard can seriously damage any citizens health. Sir,--reg pureit -servicing--customer id-624933765 Sir, The above water purifier was bought on 24-5-07.Since then only once I called your helpline person to change the battery costing Rs 300. Day before yesterday I telephoned your helpline person to send a technician for servicing. The representative did nothing and without doing any servicing he has taken the signature of my wife. My wife is totally upset with your after service. If you are not able to satisfy a household lady I think your advertisement speaking that about product is not appreciable. Moreover while we purchased your representative gave all rosy promises about your product. I have to put the following blame about your representative who visited us day before yesterday for servicing 1. He seems to know nothing about the product. 2. He is not interested in satisfying a customer about their satisfaction of the product. 3. He has got an escapist attitude. 4. He was more keen on leaving the premises rather than doing the job. 5. Further when my wife asked for replacement of a small part he said it would cost Rs 42. While purchasing we were told except the battery nothing will be charged I think your representative is trying to cheat us pocketing the money. On the whole you have employed technicians who are lethargic, unworthy and who have no service motive and to serve according to customers satisfaction. Kindly set this right or else your name will be spoilt. Kindly send the right technician to do the job according to our satisfaction. If your technicians are not interested in doing service, why at all your representative should have told me on sale that your service will be excellent. On the whole your service is not noteworthy. If this is continued I am afraid ill have to put forth these details to my neighbors who may not give picture about your product to anyone. Kindly set right it immediately. Can I buy this model- what about sound output for living room of 25x 12- is it worth (LCD 22") Samsung (Samsung - LA22A450C1)
Assuming you are asking about Samsung - LA22A450C1 and its sound performance for such large room. Then it may not prove sufficient having 3W x 2 sound output. One will have to sit closer to the TV for better AV experience.
I had purchased a Spice D 1100 from Mobilenxt.com, who have a 7 days refund guarantee if the product is defective, or the buyer is not satisfied. My phone had 3 issues, battery life is very poor, gets hot during long conversations and freezes and does not receive any calls. I had told them about this that I need a replacement or refund. They denied me stating that they cannot help me and I need to get the phone serviced. Why should I get a phone serviced in a week, also when they are offering a 7 day refund policy. Regarding Sony Digicam Repairing (DSCW-55 Model) Dear Sir, I had purchased the digicam from USA before a year. Unfortunately I lost the bill and got a defect in the camera within warranty period. I took my Digicam to Sony service center in New Delhi India. They said If you do not have the Bill then we will take the charge and repair. I accepted their condition because any way I had to repair my camera. I would like to say thanks to Nokia they only require the cell and check it whether it is in warranty period or not and then repair it without any bill. But anyway after a week I asked the Sony service center and they returned back my camera and took around 700 rupees said it had some minor defects. After one day when I checked the camera and the same problem occurred. Again I took that to the same center and after inspecting they said it can not be repaired because there is some board issue so if you go for a new board it will cost around 8,000 rupees and a new camera with 3 year warranty comes around 10,000 rupees. So I am not able to distinguish the difference between a big brand SONY and a local use and through electronics camera. When someone buy a brand he thinks about the quality product with good service facility. But here I have just got frustration neither the service, nor the quality product.
