My name is Akshay, I am using Motorola V8 mobile with S705 Bluetooth. I was facing a lot of problems with the Bluetooth hence I have registered a complaint at the Mira Road centre. My work order no is: VM/MO/07/00217 and my mobile EMEI NO is: 357335010118037
It has been 6 months now and i have not yet received my Bluetooth. I have emailed the Motorola Service centre for around 13-14 times and also called the Motorola service many times. I have never received a positive response for the same. I was told that I would be getting my Bluetooth within 10-15 days hence I have submitted my Bluetooth in the service centre. This is the 6 month and I have not received my Bluetooth yet. I am fedup of visiting the service centre every week and return empty handed. I would request you to please help me.

Dear Sir, I Mr Pradeep Joshi, resident Pune, I had purchased one Onida DVD player model no DFX2000 in feb 2005. IT was working fine but in April 2008 this year it suddenly stopped working. I called up at Adonis Electronics Pvt ltd on 020-30513000 and got it repaired. The engineer Mr. Sanjay Parate, turned up at my place after numerous calls and a long wait of weeks and was very very arrogant. He however took away some part from the DVD player and came back after 8 days, charged me Rs.600/- and left. Since then the DVD player is not working. The VCD stops after every 2 seconds and when the DVD is inserted it shows "no disc" in the signal. Since then I have been calling at the call center Adonis Electronics ltd, Pune. But there is no response. I have been following up with these people for the last 2 months. First when I called up thrice, I was not given any Complaint number and was assured that the complaint will be resolved, and the customer care executive mentioned that "Sir you need not worry as we repair in free (guarantee) within 6 months from repairs". After that assurance I am following up with the ADONIS services, every time a new executive answers the call and before you can ask his name he hangs up on the phone. After Herculean task I finally managed to get a complaint number 08070866380885 from some Mr. Virendra. Then one engineer Mr Swapnil Bidave visited my place after a week of follow up and said "the lens of the DVD is not working, you will have to pay for that." when we mentioned about the previous repairs and showed him the bill, he said "What component was changed is not mentioned on the bill, I am not responsible for this and there is no free servicing after repairs" and has vanished since then. There is no one to attend the complaint. I am tired of following up for the poor after sales services of these people. They keep changing their policies every now and then. Who is to be trusted the service engineer or the customer care executive? Why arent the people attending the calls educated on the companies policies of repairs and charges???? Kindly attend to my complaint as these arrogant people are not paying heed to the n number of calls

What is the use of launching such products if the company cannot provide timely support?

Hi, I am having a microwave oven 20PG1S at my home and due to some problem it was down. Hence I registered a complaint (No.1980507) with your call center on 18th July. A person came after 3 days and declared some parts faulty which were supposed to get replaced under warranty. But since then nobody had turned up to me and I had made hundred of calls to your call center - No response. I contacted Mr.Rajesh-9322692103 but this guy seemed least interested in helping me. I got a contact from your call center i.e. Mr.Ajay whose number was continuously switched off. Your service center numbers are not responding. Now I am fed up with all this and now feeling that I made a wrong decision of buying IFB machine. None of your personnel had shown a courtesy to call me and informing me about the status.
If this is the situation, you are compelling me to take action against IFB through Consumer Forum. I must get call today before 6:00 PM or else I am going to dump this oven in your service center and will proceed for the next course of action.

I am Prabhakar, staying in Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Pondicherry, India. I bought your Samsung 17 SynchMaster 753s on 07/08/2003 for the unit price of Rs. 6,700/-. For the last five years I have no problem with your monitor except it burns my eyes severely even after just five minutes of usage and it gives me severe headache if I continue for an hour, I didnt know why. I also tried Antiglare Screen with this monitor but it is of no use because there was no difference at all. This problem is only with my home system and this I bought for my personal use, I am using this for last five years, but recently when I happened to touch the screen I was getting electric shock on my fingers and it was too strong. There was some abnormal electric discharge on the screen and this causes powerful radiation and it burns my eyes severely. I checked the other surfaces of the monitor but there was not any electric voltage but only on the screen when I switch on the monitor, immediately it is there even before connecting with the system, some abnormal voltage and this is more hazardous to the eyes because it burns so badly. Otherwise everything was normal with my monitor and I did not face any problem and this even after the warranty period was over. I am using your Samsung models in other places also like in my morning and afternoon offices, but there I didnt have this problem, in our ashram we use lot of your products because they have better performance.
I seek your help for solving this above said problem, so kindly consider it as a special case because warranty is over and please let me know for your actions. May be if there is any exchange offer please let me know cause I can benefit from that.
