Sir, I had purchased Kodak c713 digital camera from Chowringee camera stores, Calcutta vide invoice no. Z8454 on 28/08/08 in discounted rate of Rs 5,000. There was a company banner displaying all these things and stating free 1 GB card, battery charger and carry case. But the shopkeeper gave me camera but with different brand memory card and charger. When I enquired he said that this Kodak camera comes with only that brand of memory card and charger. is it true? Or he had fooled me. Please help me. Almost all dealers provide some accessories along with the digital cameras. These accessories can be rechargeable batteries, chargers (or both), camera pouch, 1 or 2GB card, screen scratch guard etc. Kodak has started selling Kodak rechargeable batteries and charger. If the dealer has not given you the Kodak battery and charger, you can ask him for one from Kodak. But if it is from some other brand there will be no issue. There are dealers who give Uniross or Sanyo batteries and charger along with the digital cameras. There are memory cards from Kingston, Lexar etc. They all are available in 1GB, 2GB and so on capacities. Its no harm in using the memory card provided by the dealer.
Sir, I bought the ac from U.S.Shoppe Janak puri on 21/7/2007, and the unit went out of order on June 2008. This unit was taken by the authorized service center at Mangol Puri, New Delhi. And came back after gas charging for which the sum of rs1800/- was charged. Again the unit went out of order on 25august for the same reason. Now the charges, which were told to us, were 4000/-which I refused to pay. The service center at one point told us that since the area of Paschim Vihar is such as where ac cant work properly. I am surprised that why these facts were not told to us at the time of purchasing the unit at exorbitant cost. When contacted company one mr, ashok (service manager) told us that it cant work any more. Now the company like TATA has also started working like typical govt sector. Which is beyond explanation limits. This time also we paid 650/-for repairs to the authorised service center and the position of the ac is same. We are still being grilled for choosing such a company and not ended up even after paying so much. If any one can go through this, then should think twice before buying such a liability. I purchased 2 refrigerators from your A.B. Road [Opp.Hotel Amarvilas] Situated E Zone Center. I Purchased in period of sale on 17/8/08.As a fresh peace guaranty 1 refrigerator was fine ["Although Not Having Booklet and Keys"]. But other refrigerator which was GL-295tm has scratches all over its body and having lost parts. And also not having toughened glass which we saw. I informed the respective showroom but it was in vein. now they are saying to buy another fridge and pay the difference of amount but the price of your showroom are now too high compared to other showroom without sale, or get the lost parts but why will I take the scratched fridge. Now I request you to pay my amount, which is 14,160 Rs only. Or, give me another fresh peace for replacement. Need Reply Soon

Hello Sir, My washing machine is down since past 1 month. There is water leak towards the last of the wash cycle. I had complained to the CC, and the guys Who came for inspection said that the drum needs replacement and that the Charges will be 3500 Rs. Sir this is very high considering the cost of the machine, If it possible to repair the machine at some resonable cost? Regards bharat pathak

I purchased Morphy Richards food processor in Dec 2007and it has been troubling me ever since. The slicing and shredding blades got worn out after a couple of usages and authorised service center in Goa took almost two months to replace the same. The dough making blade has also broken and has not been replaced even after 20 days despite repeated complaints. Also, I am not able to perform simple tasks like making chutney, onion tomato paste etc. and no assistance is being given to me by the service station.
