Its funny to read the dealer address in Mumbai when I am posting my address as Gorakhpur (up) to buy a water filter.

The service for customers by your Chennai Burkit Road Branch is very bad. Nobody responds correctly, but everybody shows fingers on some other person and his telephone number which is not at all reachable many times. Though I am one customer with AMC, the service rendered to me is very bad. Recently I wanted a booster motor to be installed, I contacted Your Burkit Road Branch they have given a number 43540242 to contact one Thyagarajan. But after a very protracted trial, I was able to contact and told my requirements. He promised to do the needful immediately. But he sent a person with a Motor and asked me top keep the Motor with me and some other person will come and install the motor. After the fixing the motor, he will send somebody else to make the equipment work. Then the mechanic who brought the motor insisted, rather softly compelled me to renew my AMC immediately and pay the money for the motor, otherwise your Burkit road office will take its time to look into the matter. Fearing delay in services, I immediately handed over my cheque to the mechanic who promised that he will arrange to send somebody immediately to fix the motor. But unfortunately for two days nobody turned up, then after a great effort, when I contacted MR Thyagarajn, he informed me that he has already sent the message to their Office and somebody will attend. Thinking that somebody will come to attend, I cancelled all my outside (through which I would have earned at least Rs 500 a day) but nobody turned up or no telephone calls even. But today all of a sudden somebody came and fixed the motor and told me to contact Mr Thyagarajn and request him to send somebody to connect. But unfortunately right from 2.00 pm till about 7.00 I was unable to contact him. Please look into such atrocities committed on customers by your field staff making all customers fools to bear with all the nonsense they are telling. As such treatment of customers by your staff and not giving their service with perfection even after signing an AMC is a deficiency of serve. I trust that the appropriate higher ups will look into matter and streamline the franchisee service besides advising the Branch Staff to be co-operative with customer avoiding pushing the customer from pillar to post talking all rules. I expect that my complaint will be looked into with its proper perspective and the needful will be done immediately. Thanks and regards. Subramanian

Sir, on 15 july08 I had problem in charging connector of my mobile so I visited to Sony Ericsson service center, SONIC Infotech, first floor, Faridi building, Maqbara road, Hazratganj, Lucknow-1. They repaired my mobile & return me after seven days. But same day I had problem in memory card of my mobile i.e. not working, when I visited to service center they says that memory card not comes in under warranty but sales dealer told me that memory card comes in under warranty, then I again visited to service center & ask them kindly replace my memory card it comes in under warranty then they accept it & says we will replace it with in seven days, so I submitted my memory card on 28/07/08, but till today I have not get new memory card from them. Case Id or job card no for memory card: E8LKW:28/07/08-06 And on 01/08/08 I had problem in LCD and battery of my mobile so again I visited to same service centre then service engineer of service centre says that we are unable to repair your mobile now due to unavailability of spares & says spares are coming on 08/08/08 so kindly leave your mobile so I submitted my mobile on 02/08/08 with battery but till today (27/08/08) my mobile is not repaired now they are saying that we are unable to repair your mobile you please visit any other service centre. Case Id or job card no for battery & LCD: E8LKW: 02/08/08-04 Sir, I have lost very important business contacts & data because memory card got corrupted & not replaces by Sony Ericsson till today. Sir, I am unable to communicate & suffering from business loss due to unavailability of mobile & they are saying that they are unable to repair my mobile. Sir, I am mentally & financially harassed. Sir, now what I do? Where I visit? Sir after facing these problems, I am knocking your door & I hope that you will take appropriate strict action against Sony Ericsson, help me for replacement of my mobile. I am staying in Tirupati and have purchased KESTAR FOOD PROCESSOR (Model: karishma) and am able to use effectively. The citrus juicer and the universal bowl are being damaged and am getting troubled because of this. The local dealer is not responding positively to by complaint. I have bought a Morphy Richards 600 Food Processor for Rs 7,995 in July 07, It is not at all a satisfactory product. Its blades are not sharp enough to prepare "Chatni" even. Juicer attachment is hopeless, I have mailed to Morphy Richards several times, but did not get any response from there so far. I need replacement of the product or my money Back. Vikas Moghe

My model is not mentioned in the product range Sharp microwave R-9H56. The convection was on and I pressed the button of the door to open. since then the door cannot open on pressing the button, it has become free. also the center plate is not rotating. What can be the problem.

Bought this machine 2.5 years ago…. Constantly given trouble...pcb pannel blows every month. The pump. The motor ...the power board...the drum...all were faulty and needed changing one at a time...that too after chasing the service center in Gurgaon (Arian Enterprises). My machine has now not worked for the past 6 months and on the basis of my AMC the service center orders new parts which take weeks to come ...replace one part and change and remove another working part to sell to another customer. I have had such a nightmare with these people that I will never touch another Whirlpool product again even if I get it at heavy discount... It’s not worth the aggravation. I have written emails.. Made calls. They could not be bothered. I have spent approx 5000rs. On this machine in 6 months and still not got it working!!!

I purchased this AC on 12th April 2008. Initially for 2 months it was working fine, but from 3rd months its cooling power decreased. Upon inspection of the unit it was detected with a gas leakage problem. My complaint is that TATA should replace my AC unit as it’s been only 4 months and the unit has been diagnosed with a gas leakage problem, which in any case is a manufacturing defect. Sir I purchased a 1.5-ton window A/C from Onida dealer from Next Atlantik at Rajaory garden New Delhi on dated 6/7/08. AC work one hours good condition but after one hours display change automatically 2&4 digit then display stop there fore AC blowing Hot Air. It is very big problem for me before.
