We purchased an Euroclean Futuro (now called as Trendy Xeno) vacuum cleaner yesterday from a dealer in Bangalore. When we got home and opened the pack, we found two accessories missing. None of the accessories are fitting with the extension tubes. We have not been able to use the vacuum cleaner itself. What can we do to have a replacement of the product? In case the dealer refuses to replace, what should be our next step keeping in mind that Eureka Forbes service is pathetic. Please guide us.

Sir I purchased a 1.5 ton window A/C model no WG18N from Onida dealer from HAZRAT Vision at Shakarpur on 2/5/08, I installed it after one month. I am using my A/C only for 6 hours at Night, now from last one week I am facing the problem in cooling in A/C that the cooling of my A/C in 50 % Low compare than earlier, I lodge my complaint to my dealer that also forward my complaint to Onida company and I also register direct my complaint to Onida dated 4/7/08 an Engineer came and inspection my AC and says that the GAS in is has become 25% low now I am reminding in Onida service centre daily one persons comes and says that your AC is OK. but I am not satisfied from the performance of this AC now I am going to register my case against Onida company in Consumer Court . We have been using Washing machines since 10 yrs. Videocon semi auto machine is still in use with our relative. Siemens front loading machine acquired 5 yrs back. First 2 years no problem. Since last 3 yrs there were 3 complaints. Every time the serviceman charged us Rs 500 only to rectify the problem identified by us. He could not suggest any corrective method to prevent further damage. The water filter is not easily removed. Hence it cannot get cleaned (a design defect). Ultimately the whole machine got corroded. And now we have been given a estimate of 11,000.
