 Maxtech has cheated me. My name is rahul, and I bought a Dell Laptop from a shop called Maxtech at Lamington Road, I was promised a new brand laptop at a time of purchase and they took all money in advance. When they delivered the laptop, to my surprise they malfunctioned the battery and the ram, which I got it confirmed by my hardware engineer and theHP company, HP refused to support the warranty since they took out the original battery and ram from my laptop when I met the owner Mahvir jain he they refused to take it back and told me to get lost or throw the laptop in a very harsh manner. I am been cheated , please tell me how to take this matter to consumer court and make all other customers know that never buy any laptops from this shop. We have purchased Videocon Integra 32C on 17th Nov 2008, but we have not get any Cinema Surround Sound Audio panel with it. I would like to know whether we should get it? Even Dealer is not providing the same however he is saying that how he will give us that panel when he did not get the same from Distributor. But I found on internet that Integra 32C is come with Cinema Surround Sound Audio panel even Expert Ganesh from Compareindia told me yes 32c come along with Cinema Surround Audio Panel and we should claim it from the dealer. I called Videocon Western U.P product incharge even he said that 32C does not come along with that Panel. Please reply me back and let me know what should I do so I can claim audio panel from the dealer. I have made the payment but I am not getting the product for which I have made the payment.
