I purchased an Electrolux refrigerator of 165 ltr from Manoj electronics ltd, Darya Ganj, New Delhi on 23 July 2005. there was a problem of no-cooling on Sept. 10, 2008. I complained to call centre at 39404040 (compl. no. 580410809100043). the refrigerator was repaired by a technician and I paid Rs 1012 (vide invoice no. 8612 dated 11.9.2008). I faced the same problem of no cooling after 18 days and I complained to call centre (compl. no. 5A0410809290025 dated 29.9.2008) on 29.9.2008. the refrigerator again repaired on 1.10.2008. next day again same problem of no-cooling came and I called to call centre. the person in call centre assured me that it will be repaired soon. whole day, I was waiting for a person to repair the same but no 0ne came. many things of cooked food which was prepared on EID are spoiled.
I would like to inform the higher concerned officials/persons that
1. Why these problem are coming again and again,
2. Why they do not change the compressor which under warranty of 5 years
3. Why their response time is too long.
Please look into the matter urgently and contact to the following

I am fed up with the services provided by TCL, & I here by promise that I will never recommend the product to my near ones.
From the time of purchase I am continuous facing (6 times)the problem of instant log out from cable just one single channel will work at that moment & when I push up the Cable pin it again works.
I do not know how your mechanic can say that its the pin problem, if there is a pin change problem then the channel which was running last should continue when I push up the pin.
Any way if possible I request to change my machine or else do not just give us the excuses of the cable pin problem.

I want to mention few points:-
1. After the said complaint, your engineer worked for 3days to find out the fault in the transmission system of gas after dismantling the unit but he did not find any fault.
2. On 16.9.2008, he told me that the compressor is not working and as Compressor is under guarantee (Purchase date 15.7.2007) it will be replaced with a New Compressor.
3. The outer unit was transported in a Cycle Rickshaw, next day in which washing machine, micro oven, were already present.
4. That day they wanted to take indoor unit also but it was raining we refused it that moment asked them to send proper vehicle to take indoor unit, as indoor unit consist of chips, circuit which will be damage by rain. Again in the night about 7 pm they came and they covered it with plastic cover, & took it in a cycle rickshaw.( I have photo of taking split unit in cycle rickshaw)
5. When both indoor & outdoor units were brought on 18.9.2008, its fins were completely crushed in an are of 4-6 inches in right lower part. When the engineer came to install the unit, we told him that our original unit was not damaged but, as it has come in cycle Rickshaw, it must the damaged on the way.
6. The outer unit was taken back on 19.9.2008 & was replaced with one which further had¬¬¬ more damaged fins.
7. We refused to accept the unit till 23.9.2008 now I request you to provide me a unit with new fins and Compressor because you have replaced with an old fin from a unit from your office. As this unit is 1year and 2 months old hence you are requested to replace it with a new unit by ignoring the ex two months of warranty, we request either change damage part (grills) of both outer & inner unit other wise I may have to approach an appropriate forum at your cost.

The above microwave was purchased from Devi radiograms, 33 Hazratgang Lucknow on 19 April 2007 and now on annual maintenance contract. The problem faced is that the oven plate keeps moving on opening the door even after prescribed time set by its clock. Moreover time show by the clock shows irregular reading.

My name is Ramash I bought Hyundai TV one there was some problem in the picture and hence I called up customer care and requested for a service. The service people came and tried to solve it. When they could not they said there is some problem in the unit and they will be not replace the unit in 7 days. Now 45 days has passed and after repeated try to get a replacement nothing has happened till now. I communicated local service people and also complaint Hyderabad manager Mr. Ashok but still no action . They committed for certain delivery date and every time they missed the date. For last 45 days my family not able to view the TV, and after requesting them a lot they did not try to understand the situation. I request you to please help me e. I need a TV to see at home, I do not need any further commitment on delivery date. Its my h. I am trying to communicate here and there no body is saying the process to get a repair. Please help me out. Looking forward for a quick reply from your side.

I had purchased the Electrolux Refrigerator (Model: EDR 230 LX) from AARCO ELECTRONIKS, Jagdambay Niwas Central Market, II-I-3, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi-110024 on 21.6.2008.
Right from the date of its purchase, it was noticed that there are lots of problems with the Electrolux Refrigerator i.e. Cooling problem(Gas Leakage/Chowked), Thermostat problem, Defrosting problem, Rubber-Gasket problem, current leakage and now there are some problem with the Compressor too. I have lodged so many complaints with your service centre at M/s Tek Care (Customer Care Help Line) i.e. on 25.6.2008, 30.6.2008, 4.7.2008, 15.7.2008, 7.8.2008, 14.8.2008, 28.8.2008, 2.9.2008 and now on 11.9.2008 Service Engineer has informed about problems of Compressor. The brand new Refrigerator of your reputed company has been repaired 8 times within a short span of two and half months and the problem is increasing day by day. Now I am fed up with this defective Refrigerator of your reputed company.
As the Electrolux Refrigerator (Model: EDR 230 LX) is still under warranty and is causing unnecessary inconvenience to me due to manufacturing defect, It is, therefore, requested to please replace this defective Electrolux Refrigerator (Model: EDR 230 LX) at the earliest.
I hope you will attend to this complaint on priority basis and do the needful at the earliest.
