My parents are old and they have made several attempts in the recent past to contact your service engineers at Bhubaneswar, but to their utmost frustration they have not been able to contact a single soul. Hi I am Shital, I had purchased split A/C from Snehanjali on my mothers name and the service provided was pethetic. When I spoke to the manager Mr Hiffort after 2 hrs where staff saying that manager is on break. Was not at all service provider manager. Hi I recently bought a HTS Sony( DAV-DZ270 ) the person who came to install it says that TV audio cannot be heard from all the 5 speakers as the TV in not support 5.1 surround system, could you please tell me if that is true I have a LG LCD TV 32LG30R plus tell me if true how to do away with this problem hoping for a fast response. It is true that sound from TV will not give 5.1 channel sound effect because your TV (DVD HTS as well) does not have optical digital audio output which supports 5.1 audio output. Even after this, do not feel dejected as most of TV channels do not send audio in multi channel format, so the stereo output which you are getting is as close as you would have received in case of TV with optical output.

I am R.Venkataraman, retired senior manager from a nationalised bank who had purchased this item vide their inv 978 dated 07-05-2002, order no-7913500693 & entered into AMC from 31-08-2007 for 2 years .But now a days no body is attending despite my telephonic complaint. Almost daily I am contacting ph-39883333 & they promise to send somebody, but nobody turns up. With a fond hope that they may come at any time I a not able to move out also as I please. Hence I want to know whether they will attend to this or interested more in the new product than these old products / after sales service of these products.
