I had purchased the Electrolux Refrigerator (Model: EDR 230 LX) from AARCO ELECTRONIKS, Jagdambay Niwas Central Market, II-I-3, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi-110024 on 21.6.2008.
Right from the date of its purchase, it was noticed that there are lots of problems with the Electrolux Refrigerator i.e. Cooling problem(Gas Leakage/Chowked), Thermostat problem, Defrosting problem, Rubber-Gasket problem, current leakage and now there are some problem with the Compressor too. I have lodged so many complaints with your service centre at M/s Tek Care (Customer Care Help Line) i.e. on 25.6.2008, 30.6.2008, 4.7.2008, 15.7.2008, 7.8.2008, 14.8.2008, 28.8.2008, 2.9.2008 and now on 11.9.2008 Service Engineer has informed about problems of Compressor. The brand new Refrigerator of your reputed company has been repaired 8 times within a short span of two and half months and the problem is increasing day by day. Now I am fed up with this defective Refrigerator of your reputed company. I lodged last complaint on 29.9.2008 regarding continuously current leakage/current shocked in the whole body of the Refrigerator and request them to replace the same.
As the Electrolux Refrigerator (Model: EDR 230 LX) is still under warranty and is causing unnecessary inconvenience to me due to manufacturing defect, It is, therefore, requested to please replace this defective Electrolux Refrigerator (Model: EDR 230 LX) at the earliest.
Really have a very bad experience to buy this product from a company, now we urgently need replacement of this product otherwise we will not recommend any of its product and I want you to take some serious action against it as early as possible (in 7 days) or I will be moving to the consumer forum against it and all the problem caused due to it will be barred by you.
I hope you will attend to this complaint on priority basis and do the needful at the earliest.

We (Mrs. E. Fernandes, Chandivali Powai) bought this dishwasher on 6/2/07,in just one months time the machine was stuck on wash. I made a complaint (no.851907) which was looked into immediately (surprisingly).On September 1st I faced the same problem as before and there was water in my full kitchen. I made a complaint the very same day (no.2137037),the machine was attended to on the 15th of Sept but of no use. After that with repeated calls from my side 2 different technicians have come but could not repair it. All I am asking for is a refund of my money and they can take their dishwasher.

Just confirm me whether Godrej GSC 24F2 model of Godrej is still available, if yes how far is it true that it offers 4yrs compressor warranty and 1yr manufacturing warranty. Kindly confirm as fast as possible.
Godrej GSC 24F2 might be available with some dealers. There is a standard warranty of Overall 1 year warranty and 5 Years (1+4 yrs) on the compressor.

I have purchased an AC from WEATHER COMFORT Enginers (P) Ltd., Faridabad. Since day one AC had developed various problems, but since it was purchased in month of Oct last year & it was beginning of winters, AC was not used. This year when I switched `ON` AC it started giving me problem, I made complaint on phone to the Firm's proprieter Mr Chaudary, after at least 20 Phone calls a mechanic was sent to me but he could not diagnosed the problem After again I pursued then only on 8 th Aug 08 a Service engineer came from Carrier who has diagnosed that one of the Tube was leaking. for repair AC was taken to the Workshop on 10 Aug 08. Since, then my AC is giving continuous trouble as it is not operating its only showing E7 or E6 , a fault code of Low ? High Voltage, though this problem was started after repair, but Mr Chaudhary not got it repaired. Again after lot of persuasion PCB was changed by a second hand repaired PCB which has not solved the problem. On 4th Sept & 1st Oct , again mechanics from the WEATHER COMFORT, FARIDABAD tried to fix the problem but they failed. Now whenever I am contacting him he is blaming Electricity high voltage,Although Voltage is in the range of 210-230Vbefore Stabliser.
