Hi, I am a prospective Onkyo buyer in Pune, when I visited the Onkyo Pune dealer (Dhole Patil Road, AB Akshya complex), I found them very rude and not customer friendly. I asked for a HT 3100 demo and they said they do not give the demo and sell this packaged only. This is high disappointing. Piyush Sharma (9960726663).

I, Dr. P.C. Jha presented a handset at Infotel Services, 26/2 Hindustan Park Kolkata -29 on 13.06.08 for the problem regarding blank display. Service are not well in Agra. I am very upset by the Samsung products.

Our fridge has not been working for the past 5 days and we complained to Whirlpool customer care (complaint no 9658). They said some part had to be changed and promised it would be done yesterday(Jul 18, 2008). Nobody came yesterday after calling them several times. Today I called the service center and they said the complaint had been closed and gave me a new complaint no.10954. Request if someone could please have the fridge working by today.
