I have brought a Whirlpool mastermind elite model with 6th sense door alarm, which should alert user if the door remained opened for more than 2 mins or something like that. But ridicules thing is the alarm keep hooting after each 5 mins now even the door is closed. Just imagine after each 5 mins I have to open and close the door to stop the irritating alarm by 24 X 7. They have the worst customer care cell which has not responded after logging the problem for last 15 days (its still remained unsolved). As both we partner are working I requested to visit the engineer after 7 pm only. My complain no is KL0708002131 (7th July 2008). I have not experienced so much careless customer care from any other company before. They are liar and never keep attention in after sales service.

I had purchased this set from M/s Kanekar Electronics- Ponda- Goa on 7th June 2008. On 20th June I had lodged a complaint with the dealer as well as with Local Service Centre about my TV which had a defect channel shifting by itself during when in operation and secondly the Picture clarity was also bad. The technician Mr Shabeer who visited on 21st saw the problem and told me that the Tuner requires replacement and it will be done on Monday. On Monday when I called the service centre again to the status they were unaware about the whole issue. I then explained the defect again to Mr Cristo and to Mr Dhanajay who are the service centre in charge at Margao and Panaji Resp. The assured me that the same will be done immediately. In the mean time I lodged my complaint through Net where I got Registration ID Feed of No WB6804.On finding no response from any of the service personnel the matter was taken up with customer care in charge at Mumbai Ms Peirera and Ms Milan where both assured that the Issue will be resolved. The reason given to Me for this defect is that it is a cable signal but when I told them that on the same cable I get a good clarity on the ONIDA TV purchased by me six years back ,The immediate answer is that the New Lot of TV are incapable of responding to a slightly weak signal as compared to the old sets., If this is so, I have also showed them my willingness to go for a better ONIDA TV (Higher Range) and pay the difference. I feel if this is the service to Loyal ONIDA customer how will be the same to the First time user. I also have doubt the technical Competency of the Technical Staff at the service Centre. Date-16/07/2008 Dear Sir, I have purchased Nokia 2600 classic mobile on 27/03/08, just after few days mobile have Error in Connection, Conversation Problem., Voice is not clear, phone call disconnects during talking, etc. I have sent that mobile to the service centre namely Smart Associates, Jeevan Sah , Jhansi [U.P.] They are not giving proper response and neglecting my complaint. They have been telling that this mobile needs to be send in company so I am agree and I deposit the mobile on that Nokia care centre dated 10/5/08 and they tell me that this mobile will be repaired till 7/6/08 but after this date many times I reach the centre they says mobile is not repaired I ask him why they do not give satisfactory answer. I also do complaint on Nokia customer care [Comp.No.2-35x0w31] but till date my problem is same. Please kindly give proper instruction to the service center so they change / repair my mobile. Thanks. My name is Suresh Bajaj, r/o 4th floor, 43, Hindustan Park, Kolkata 29. I purchased Electrolux Refrigerator ER40 355LTS purchased 0N 15.08.2007 from Techno city 15B Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata Immediately after installation water leakage was observed from rooftop in refrigerator. Complain was made to service station at AJC Bose road, complain number.6558. Several visits were made by them with no positive result, ultimately I contacted Mr. Vijayant, cell num 9331831069 as told he being service head in Kolkata. On 15th March, 2008 an engineer came and suggested for replacement. Again contacted Mr. Vijayant who asked to contact Mr.Ujjal,cell num 09339879872 who on contact did not responded favorably. Again on contacting Mr.Vijayant he referred to somebody else and informed that the matter will be resolved without any delay. Further at last I contacted the service center on 3rd June they assured of solving the matter but till date no response. I may mention that atleast thousands rupees worth fruits and vegetables have been destroyed due to this defect. The above said things were mailed to Electrolux customer care but no positive response has been there, the mail was sent to insta.service@eklmail.com. Now please somebody take up the matter.
