Sir, Pure IT LTD India Your service / sales executive Mr.Sakur will extremely bad executive his way of communication is extremely bad (in every word he give abuse to company and customer both) because he give false statement & after selling of the pure it . .we pay case and ask for bill he says tomorrow I give you the bill in hand. But till date we are not received any bill and Mr.Sakur says that I am not your dog ( pet) to give your bill . Talk to company regarding your bill please give my bill on urgent bases. I had purchased the Nokia model N76 in the month of October 2007 from Rajhans sector 17 Chandigarh, Last month saw the color on the mobile wearing off, gave the set to the dealer who further sent it to Nokia center sector 44, till date they have not been able to get the cover replaced and its already been 20 days, can you please let me know the status of the same, also I believe that the company has discontinued the manufacture of the same model.

I purchased a Haier air-conditioner on 20/07/2006 along with Extended Warranty cum AMC till 20/07/08. In this period my AC has shut-down at-least 5 times (Ref. Complaint Nos: 389730, 347163, 991219552, and about 17 more). Each time the AC was taken away for AT-LEAST a months period in which time I had to live without an AC. Every single time the same problem with Gas Leakage has occurred and Haier has failed to rectify it. They have sold us a defected AC obviously and are trying to avoid replacing it with one that works. As I type this, the AC is again at the repair center, and has been for over 20 days. Hi. I own a 2909ABS model of TCL for the last 7 years. I face a similar problem as that of Mr. Jacob from Kerala. The menu setting has changed to some Far East language (Chinese/Taiwan) and I want them back in English. No tuning options work and since then, the standby button on the remote does not work either.
