I have brought a Whirlpool mastermind elite model with 6th sense door alarm, which should alert user if the door remained opened for more than 2 mins or something like that. But ridicules thing is the alarm keep hooting after each 5 mins now even the door is closed. Just imagine after each 5 mins I have to open and close the door to stop the irritating alarm by 24 X 7. They have the worst customer care cell which has not responded after logging the problem for last 15 days (its still remained unsolved). Manufacturing companies try to replicate the movements of manual (hand) wash as closely as possible when designing their wash mechanisms. It would not be 100% as the hand wash. You can try to change the detergent to check if it can give you a better wash quality.
