My name is Srinivas. I have filed a complaint on our refrigerator in the month of April at time it was very hot summer. its been nearly two months since I had filed complaint on our refrigerator till date it is not repaired, I had called Whirlpool customer service many times nobody had turned up to my house with this ph- 09885335102 no. they can check the details of our refrigerators and how may times I had called them. This is to inform you that I purchased a Durakool window AC on 21st FEB-08, when the AC was delivered at home I found the Exhaust know arrangement & drainage bottom was broken. I reported the things to Customer Service ie Meera Service Baroda +91 265 6590719. They said they will come and replace the same, it took 2 months for the technician to come and replace the Exhaust arrangement. Meantime I keep on calling them but nobody listened. For two months my ac worked at lower efficiency hence my electricity bill came more Rs 3,500 per month as the Cool Air was vented out. But this was not the end Mr Technician came only with Exhaust replacement and he said we have ordered the drain bottom pipe it will come from Ahmedabad in two days. Till date nobody is bothered to replace it. Whenever I switch on the AC lot of water is dropping below as well as coming on to my window henceforth inside. Yesterday I called the high standard Carrier Service Station named Meera Service and Asked them to come for service as the same is due, with the Drainage pipe on Saturday at 5 30 Pm Mr Dilip agreed. Today the person came to my place at 4:30 and ranged me said I have come , Instead of telling the nuts that I will be available at 5:30 why the hell these people do not understand the meaning of commitment. Above all the Technician came without the drainage pipe. When I called back the High standard Service Station Mr Dilip told me there is no Drainage pipe in AC and said now the person would not come back. It seems that Carrier has appointed bunch of nuts to take care of the customers --driven Industry. And Most Important the Design related Problem the top part of the AC is having ventilation for cooling purpose most vulnerable area, as the pigeon every few days put something from there and the Fan is getting jammed. I have to then Pull the AC out and clean the stuff. This the Product Design?? When I asked the Service Centre to give me a solution for the Mr Dilip said we cannot do anything about this. This is high Standard?? Give me a solution for this!! I am literally in pain from the day I have purchased this High Standard window AC. I have given up calling the Service Station as the People over there only know to bluff. This time I am expecting some solution from the so called Carrier experts.

Since 11 months back, I have purchased I-mate Jama mobile from one of the shop from Thane with bill & warranty of 1 year. 10 days back, all of a sudden touch screen of the mobile stopped working. When I had gone to the shop, shopkeeper told me to go to I-mate service station, which I found got closed a year back then again I had gone to the shop when shopkeeper refused to give any kind of service. Please help me out.

Purchased one pc 340 Elt. Professional (titanium) Whirlpool refrigerator on 02.06.2008 vide inv.no.rb-1025 of sham Lal Krishan Lal, Sadar Bazar, Delhi cantt. Found defective after receipt at our side, brought another piece which again found dented, returned but so far no replacement has been made. Customer id dl/c/0608/37395. Nobody is responsible to answer or to help. Taken the entire cash before supply, but now they are dragging with new excuses. How can we get our new piece without any problem immediately? Regards.
