Sir I am using Eureka Forbes water filter and I have paid the amount for 2 year annual maintenance scheme (Receipt no: 15640503, period: 17.06.08 to 16.06.10). There was a problem in my water filter. So I registered the compliant during the Monday or Tuesday of last week. (Compliant no: SU1606), then the technician has come, just within a few minutes, he left out by saying there is a problem in UV light and he told within a day he will clear the problem, till now he has not reported to us. And more than five times, again I registered compliant by saying all these problem. Still there is no response from your company. By believing the quality of service, we are purchasing your product and paid for 2 year AMC. Really this behaviour is not good for a reputed company, just for your information, for these all ten days I am spending money to buy the water, because of your company bad response to us. Hello I have purchased Auqaguard Booster model by mistake last Saturday (6 Sept 2008) and Your installation team frustrated me to install the product. They made me to wait for the whole Sunday and at last they installed the product by evening after continuous follow up with the sales team.. After that I was advised to NOT use the water till processing of around 20 liters of water completed. I did it for more than 30 liters of water but we noticed that we are tasting abnormal taste of water (carbon smell) For that matter we are trying to reach your customer care at 3324977/23324978/23324979 and at last we were able to catch one of them on 12 Sept morning to take my complaint. I was given the complaint number but so far no body has turned up. Today also no body is responding at mentioned numbers. But I was told that you are offering services 24/7. After facing all such problems with your team and your product I finally decided to stop using your product. Hence I would request you to collect the product from my premises and return my amount.

I had purchased a IFB washing machine model Executive Plus in Berhampur (ORISSA) 2 years ago. It worked well for first 19 Months and became defective after that. Time and again I had to call servicing agents SWATI ENTERPRISES, Berhampur that has been the authorized Service agents for IFB washing machines. I had a hell of experiences with them. Now inspite of my repeated reporting to them 1-1/2 months back they still dodge and escape by saying spares not available. Hence I would suggest exercising the customary caution before making a decision. Now I am facing a lot of problem.

But till date I have not get my set back. As per telephonic discussion Guwahati centre informed me that they send my set to Jorhat in 27th Aug 2008.My job sheet no. 26798.Acording to Guwahati they send my set vide challan no. 2435 and docket no. 58050078590 and my handset sr. no. is 12. Usha Brita makes their customer to spend every 2-3 months Rs 1500 on spare part i.e. membrane filter after selling a RO water- purifier but not telling this fact before selling the same. Recently I bought RO optima from Sangam associates, MP Nagar Bhopal on assurance that no further expenditure would be incurred for one year & problems would be attended quickly. Free of cost for a year. It costs us 14,000 but barely 3 months passed, it was getting chocked. After chasing the dealer for a month, they made it working but again it choked after 2 months. The dealer kept us again waiting & as on date even after membrane replacement on payment water was found choked thus we are not getting the water from this costly RO. As on date drinking water is needed every hour & delay on part of company makes the customer believe that it was a great mistake to buy such product. Guarantee card (the print of which is so minute) is shown only after their product has been purchased by the customer after rigorous persuasion by their marketing man (obviously under pressure of their target).often he would succeed in making his old customer believe that drinking hard water will create so & so diseases & a middle class person buys one but finally the customer gets frustrated.-as the guarantee does not cover any filter including costliest membrane - filter.
