Sony Ericsson's XPERIA X1 handset flaunts two cameras

Sony Ericsson has announced the launch of XPERIA X1 phone in India.

The Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 features a 3.0-inch, 16-bit colour TFT touchscreen with an 800 x 480 resolution, along with a full QWERTY keyboard, 4-way key and optical joystick navigation.

It has not one but two cameras. The first one is a 3.2-megapixel camera with 30FPS video recording with a bright flash that would be used for videos and photos. The secondary camera is meant for video conferencing.

The phone also features 3G, Bluetooth 2.1, USB 2.0, wireless LAN 802.11b/g, EDGE and quad-band GSM, UMTS, HSDPA, HSUPA, and HSCSD.

The XPERIA X1 will have 400MB of internal memory, which is expandable up to 32GB. The phone weighs 80 grams and features a slick arc-slider design.

The XPERIA X1 will be available at an MRP of Rs 44,500.
