Launched in 1988 by D N Garg, Sargam electronics had a modest beginning. The store started its operations in Jahangirpuri, New Delhi and has indeed come a long way since then.

It made its foray into the market, showcasing products from Videocon and gradually progressed to housing more and more electronic brands such as Kelvinator, Oscar Electronics and from thereon, has taken giant strides and now boasts of distribution of products belonging to Chaebols such as Samsung; and dealership of companies such as LG, Voltas, Godrej and IFB.

It stocks products from the home appliance and electronics space, which means you are sure to find the latest in refrigerators, televisions, DVD players, microwaves, audio systems, home theatre systems and so on.

From mere one store, Sargam Electronics has expanded into a total of eight showrooms in Delhi, at Pitam Pura, Paschim Vihar, Rohini, Jail Road, Uttam Nagar, Adarsh Nagar and two in Jahangir Puri.

Sargam Electronics prides itself on providing its customers robust after-sale services, benefits such as EMI, weekly special-offers and discount-schemes.

Mr Garg proudly claims that of all dealers who sell Samsung air conditioners in India, Sargam Electronics sold the highest number of models for the year 2007, and was, in fact, recognized and honored by Samsung for it.

With its impressive schemes and exemplary customer-focus, Sargam Electronics is hard to compete against. Some of its major competitors are Eron, Aroma and Navin Electronics. Though there are no plans to expand branches in other cities/states, Sargam Electronics does intend to expand its foothold in Delhi.
