Lakozy has a team of 22 people including sales and service. Experience, advice, support and service there is nothing, they cannot cater to as far as audio is concerned. The store might not have every heard of brand in India but they can source it in no time. They are not averse to advising people on products not bought in their store nor will they shy away from telling a customer to buy a product irrespective of whether it is available in their store or not. Lakozy truly believes in the ‘Customer is King’ adage. Other than retail of equipment, they also provide consultation acoustics and service support. Consultation charges are minimal and come free with any gadget you buy from the store.

Home delivery, services, AMCs, you get it all. When you sign up for an AMC, you get the cushion of not been over charged. Whenever there is a service call, you will be charged a minimal cost, that too to cover the travel expenses of the service executive.
