Pros : Fast scanning, max dpi of 4800 x 9600, slim design, can be stored and used in an upright position. Scans prints, negatives and slides. One cable for power and interface.

Cons : Not large enough to scan legal size documents greater than 11-inch. Negatives or slides must use a separate attachable unit.

Opinion : The design is great. It is very slim and is about the size of my 17-inch screen laptop, but much lighter at a little less than 5 pounds. It has a built in stand so that you can also store and use the scanner in a vertical position.
