HP - Scanjet G4010 Photo Scanner

Product Summary : This flatbed scanner provides an Optical resolution of up to 4800 dpi and can scan papers of maximum size 216x311 mm. It allows bright, vivid scans with six-color, 96-bit scanning at hardware resolution of 4800x9600dpi. It can produce incredibly color-accurate, detailed images that make impressive reprints. This scanner comes with built-in transparent materials adapter that holds five 35 mm slides or six negative frames. The front panel comes with 4-buttons (Scan, Scan Film, Copy or Scan to PDF). It can print the preview speed of about 8.5 sec and has a USB 2.0 Interface.

Pros : Slim, vertical position, fast scanning, high resolution, very good quality for scanned documents and photos and scanning of multiple documents

Cons : Medium quality and long time for film scanning and slides cannot be scanned in their frames

Opinion : Scanjet G4010 is a flatbed scanner, resolution of 4800x9600, Can scan, copy and create e-mails and multi-page PDFs. Comes with an Advanced Double-Hinge-Lid, built-in retouching technology QARE Level, built-in film adapter unit.
